01Using WebReady
WebReady helps businesses create a professional website from a short business brief. You may browse this website, explore illustrative designs and prepare a brief for your business.
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access private systems, disrupt the service, impersonate another person or use it to distribute unlawful content. Preparing a brief or browsing an example does not place a paid order.
02Your first preview
Our approach is preview first: see the proposed website before deciding whether to pay for a launch. You are free to decline the proposed project before accepting a paid scope.
Examples on this site show possible design directions, not completed client projects or a promise that every feature will be included. A preview may use temporary content or imagery until your final details are agreed. The “Preview details” button in the demo form reviews your brief; it does not generate a website.
03Scope & timing
Before paid work or launch, we will agree the deliverables, price and any recurring charges with you in writing. This includes the pages, features, revisions, hosting arrangements and any separately priced work.
Delivery estimates depend on the agreed scope, availability and receiving the details or approvals needed from you. Timing mentioned on the website is an aim, unless a specific deadline is confirmed in your project agreement. Additional requests may need an updated quote and schedule.
04Payment, changes & cancellation
The demo website does not collect payments. Any paid project will have a separate quote or agreement explaining the amount due, applicable taxes, payment timing and launch requirements.
If you need to change or cancel an accepted project, contact us promptly. Any charges for completed work, cancellation arrangements or refunds must be explained in the project agreement and remain subject to applicable law. These website terms do not introduce a blanket “no refunds” policy or remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
05Your details & content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details, claims and contact information you provide. Please review and approve the final website before launch.
Only share text, logos, photos and other material you own or have permission to use. When you separately send material to us for an agreed project, you permit us to use it to prepare and deliver that project. Avoid sharing passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in your brief.
06Ownership & licences
Your existing business content remains yours. Your project agreement will explain what is delivered, any ownership transfer, and any conditions such as completion of payment.
Fonts, stock imagery, software, templates and other third-party materials may have their own licences. Their use does not automatically transfer ownership of those materials to you. WebReady’s branding and illustrative examples are not offered for copying or resale without permission.
07Going live & ongoing care
A launch happens after the approvals and payment requirements in your project agreement are met. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, ongoing edits, maintenance and third-party subscriptions are included only where your agreed scope says so.
External services can have their own terms, charges and availability. You remain responsible for accounts or renewals assigned to you in the agreed handover. We will clarify these responsibilities before launch.
08Results & availability
A website can help customers understand your business and get in touch. It does not guarantee search rankings, visitor numbers, enquiries, sales or revenue.
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or affected by external services. If you notice a problem, please tell us. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations, remedies or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
09Privacy & updates to these terms
Our privacy notice explains the current demo form and how its details stay in your browser. If you download your brief, the file is saved to your device; WebReady does not receive it through the demo form.
We may update these terms as the service develops and will show the updated date here. A change to this page does not automatically alter the price or scope of a project already agreed with you. Material project changes require separate agreement.
10Let’s make it clear
